  Mr. Scott Hurd is an investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, and resource and infrastructure businesses. He has founded and led companies from start-up through to public markets and has been involved in raising and deploying more than $1 billion in institutional capital across strategic acquisitions and large-scale resource projects. Scott began his career in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets and in principal investing at Macquarie Group's Metals and Energy Capital group. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.

  Mr. Reagan Glazier is a mineral exploration executive with nearly 20 years of gold, copper, base metal, and rare-earth exploration experience in North and South America. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, he brings a strong technical background and hands-on experience in grassroots and discovery-stage exploration projects. He currently sits on the boards of Freegold Ventures Ltd. (TSX:FVL), Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:PBM), Eastfield Resources Ltd. (TSXV:ETF) and is the CEO and President of Neotech Metals Corp. (CSE:NTMC). He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Christensen has over 35+ years of active participation in the Canadian public equity markets, from 10 years as a financial advisor in the investment community, through 25 years involved as a director and officer of various public resource companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Christensen’s public company experience has included the financing, managing and directing of mineral exploration activities in Eastern Europe, the financing and development of two small scale heap leach gold mines in Kazakhstan, and the acquisition, financing, and project development of various mineral projects in North America. Mr. Christensen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. 

Mr. MacDonald has over 18+ years of Capital Markets public company experience as founder and CEO Macam Group of Companies specializing in Capital Markets, M&A, banking, financial management, and operations. He has been investing in start-up companies since 2002 and has helped raise over $300 million in equity and over $650 million in debt financings.

Mr. MacDonald is currently the President and CEO of Decimus Oil Corp. (TSXV:WCSB), Director of Neotech Metals Corp. (CSE:NTMC), Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:PBM), New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV:ENRG) and serves as an investor and board member for several other businesses.

  Dr. Annesley (Ph.D., P.Geo.) is current Adjunct Professor (2003-present) in Geological Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon, Canada) and former Professor (Emeritus: 2022-present) in Economic (Mining and Mineral Exploration) Geology at École Nationale Supérieure de Géologie ("ENSG", Nancy, France).

He has over 40 years of geological mapping, global exploration activities, applied research, and academic teaching experience in uranium, gold, and base metals, including 23 years as Adjunct Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, 6.5 years as Full Professor teaching at the ENSG - Universite de Lorraine, 1.5 years as VP Exploration at Appia REU Corp., 5.5 years as Director of Exploration with JNR Resources Inc. ("JNR"), and 19 years as a senior research geoscientist / manager with the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC").

His research has focused mainly on the unconformity-type uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin (Saskatchewan) and worldwide, as well as global uranium-thorium-REE deposits (e.g. Fraser Lakes, Karpinka Lake, and Alces Lake, Saskatchewan). This research work has helped develop innovative geophysical/geochemical exploration tools for making new economic discoveries. Additionally, Dr. Annesley’s early research at SRC documented and characterized the ductile-brittle framework and spatial association of the eastern Athabasca uranium deposits with major deep-seated reactivated shear/fault zones and coinciding domain boundaries (i.e. the Wollaston-Mudjatik boundary/transition zone, which the Porter Lake property lies close to). In 2015, Dr. Annesley was co-awarded the Barlow Medal by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum ("CIM"); in recognition of best geological paper. Dr. Annesley received his Ph.D. degree in geology at the University of Ottawa (1990) and is a registered professional geologist in Saskatchewan ("APEGS").

Dr. Annesley has been engaged as Senior Exploration Advisor to the Company pursuant to a written advisory services agreement, effective September 22, 2026.
