02Management
Mr. MacDonald has over 18 years of capital‑markets public‑company experience as founder and CEO of the Macam Group of Companies, specializing in capital markets, M&A, banking, financial management and operations. He has been investing in start‑up companies since 2002 and has helped raise over $300 million in equity and over $650 million in debt financings.
Mr. MacDonald is currently President & CEO of Decimus Oil Corp. (TSXV: WCSB) and a Director of Neotech Metals Corp. (CSE: NTMC), Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: PBM) and New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: ENRG).
Mr. Stewart has over 42 years of domestic and international experience in mining and exploration. He has been involved in the financing and acquisition of multiple base‑metal and gold projects, the development and construction of two underground mines, and the construction and operation of three open‑pit gold mines.
He is currently Chairman, CEO and President of Copper Fox Metals Inc. (TSXV: CUU) and a Director of Liard Copper Mines Ltd. He represents Copper Fox on the management committee of the Schaft Creek Joint Venture with Teck Resources.

Mr. Hurd is an investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, and resource and infrastructure businesses. He has founded and led companies from start‑up through to public markets, and has been involved in raising and deploying more than $1 billion in institutional capital across strategic acquisitions and large‑scale resource projects.
He began his career in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets and in principal investing at Macquarie Group's Metals and Energy Capital group.
Mr. Glazier is a mineral exploration executive with nearly 20 years of gold, copper, base‑metal and rare‑earth exploration experience in North and South America. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, he brings a strong technical background and hands‑on experience in grassroots and discovery‑stage exploration projects.
He is CEO and President of Neotech Metals Corp. (CSE: NTMC) and sits on the boards of Freegold Ventures Ltd. (TSX: FVL), Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: PBM), and Eastfield Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ETF).
Mr. Christensen has over 35 years of active participation in the Canadian public equity markets — 10 years as a financial advisor in the investment community, and 25+ years as director and officer of various public resource companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
His public‑company experience includes financing, managing and directing mineral exploration activities in Eastern Europe, the financing and development of two small‑scale heap‑leach gold mines in Kazakhstan, and the acquisition, financing, and project development of mineral projects in North America.
